- Teaching pan, learn simple and essential techniques for steelpan curriculum that builds mastery
- Jazz Improvisation on lead pan and double tenor steelpans
- Solo performance techniques for Double Tenor
- Essentials of Arranging for Steelband
- Interpreting Classical Music on Pan for Elementary, Middle and High School Steelband
- Improve Ensemble Performance with basic steelpan technique such as posture, hand/arm movements, holding mallets and playing notes
- Raising Funds and Building Community Support for your Steelband Program
- Being an independent Steelpan Artist - essentials of bookings, publicity and grant funding
